GetHubApps is a small independent project, not a company with a support desk. There’s no ticket system and no chatbot — messages go to one mailbox and a person reads them.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Bug reports usually get a faster response than feature requests, because they’re easier to action.
What to write about
- Something is wrong with a tool
- A calculation that looks off, a converter that rejects valid input, a page that breaks on your device. Tell us which tool, what you entered, and what you expected — that’s usually enough to reproduce it.
- A tool you wish existed
- Most of what’s on the site started as somebody describing a calculation they were doing by hand. If you keep opening a spreadsheet for the same job, we’d like to hear about it.
- Something in a guide is wrong or out of date
- Guidance changes and figures go stale. If something is inaccurate, say which article and which claim, and we’ll correct it and note the revision date on the page.
- Privacy and your data
- Requests about data, cookies or advertising personalisation. Our tools run in your browser and we don’t hold accounts, so there’s usually little to hand over — but ask and we’ll tell you exactly what applies.
- Advertising and business enquiries
- Questions about the advertising on the site, or anything commercial.
What makes a bug report easy to act on
- The tool’s name, or a link to the page.
- What you entered, and what result you got.
- What you expected instead, and why.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks visual rather than mathematical.
- A screenshot, if it’s something you can see but hard to describe.
