Information you type into the tools

Every calculator, converter and generator on this site runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Amounts, dates, passwords, text, JSON, tokens and any other input you provide are processed on your own device. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never logged.

There is one deliberate exception. The Currency Converter needs exchange rates, so this site asks its own server for the latest published rates, which in turn fetches them once an hour from exchangerate-api.com and caches the result for all visitors. The amount you are converting is not part of that request; only the rate table travels back to your browser, and the conversion itself is done on your device.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, GetHubApps is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. These logs may include:

• your IP address
• the browser and operating system reported by your device
• the pages requested, with the date and time
• the referring page, if you arrived from a link elsewhere

This information is generated by the act of loading a web page, is not linked to any identity, and is not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies and local storage

GetHubApps does not set cookies of its own, does not use local storage to track you, and does not embed analytics services such as Google Analytics. The only cookies you may receive from this site are set by our advertising partner, described below.

Advertising

This site is free to use and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google My Ad Center. Opting out does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant.
• You can opt out of third-party vendor cookies more broadly at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

Third-party ad networks operate under their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect and we do not receive the personal information they process.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis for processing server log data is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running securely. Advertising cookies are used on the basis of consent, collected through Google’s consent mechanism before personalised ads are served.

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Because we do not hold accounts or identify visitors, we will usually need more information from you to locate any data relating to you.

If you are in California

We do not sell personal information for money. The sharing of advertising identifiers with ad partners may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. You can limit it using the advertising opt-out links above, and you have the right to know about, delete, and opt out of the sharing of your personal information without being discriminated against for doing so.

Children

GetHubApps is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Some tools link to external websites, and ads link to advertisers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site we link to. Please read their policies before providing them with information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
